Tamar's governance experience includes Board Director for The Glimpse Group (NASDAQ: GGRP), GP Strategies (NYSE: GPX), G3 VRM (NASDAQ: GGGV) and Open Sesame. 

 

Her governance committee roles include Chair of the Nominating/Governance Committee, Chair of the Compensation Committee and Chair of the Strategy Committee as well as member of the Audit and Cybersecurity Committees. She has been certified by Digital Directors Network (DDN) in the Systemic Cyber Risk Governance Program for U.S. Public Company Corporate Directors and earned a Certification from The Corporate Director Academy. Tamar is also a member of the Private Directors Association. She was named to the "2025 Directors to Watch" list by Directors & Boards.
